As
many of you know, flash text can be created in Flash
(obviously) and Fireworks. But did you know you can
create it in Dreamweaver as well? This tutorial will
show you how to create flash text right on your page
in dreamweaver.
First,
point your cursor to the spot in which you would like
to put your new flash text.
Click
on Insert -> Media -> Flash Text.
Depending on your version of Dreamweaver you may have
to click the Media tab under insert.
A
window should pop up looking like the following:
Now
set your fonts up. The rollover color is exactly what
it states.
If
you are linking this to another page type it in.
Make
sure when saving you are are saving it to your directory
and it must have the file extension .SWF.
Click
ok and your font will display where you wanted it.
